Common Core Teaching Kids That The Bill of Rights is "Outdated"

According to Story Leak:

Sixth grade students from the Bryant School District in Arkansas were asked to throw out two amendments in the Bill of Rights as part of a Common Core history class assignment.

The worksheet reads:

“The government of the United States is currently revisiting The Bill of Rights. They have determined that it is outdated and may not remain in its current form any longer.”

The assignment also asks students to revise the Bill of Rights under a special “task force,” failing to mention the amendment process which includes support from a two-thirds majority in the House and Senate.

Just another reason I'm happy to be in Texas, one of the five states not to accept the Common Core Curriculum.  

School Resource Officers put in Place to Indoctrinate Children

Resource officers are sworn law enforcement officers with the authority to make arrests and carry a weapon in schools.

According to RT:

The US Department of Justice has pledged $44mn in grants to provide 356 school resource officers to 141 cities and counties nationwide in what it calls an effort to make schools safer following events like the Newtown, Connecticut, shooting in December.

Grants intended to fund more police officers in schools will go to law enforcement agencies across the country, the Justice Department (DOJ) said Friday as it unveiled the entire list of recipients.

“Not only do they deter crime, but they provide opportunities for positive relations between students and law enforcement,” Karen Servas, a Modesto City School District grant writer who worked with the city police department to appeal for funding, told McClatchy.

... positive relations between students and law enforcement... let's take a better look at that idea with some recent interactions between students and "resources officers".

The theft of a dollar shouldn’t have warranted much more than a visit to the principal’s office, if that. But, because of these policies, the school automatically turned it over to a state trooper, who then interrogated two children, presumably attempting to get the 8-year-old to testify against the fifth-grader. Unfortunately, incidents like these are far from rare.

- A water balloon fight towards the end of the school year results in seven students arrested.

- A high school student who changed another student’s last name to something inappropriate in the school yearbook is arrested and facing first degree property damage charges, a felony.

- A 14-year-old student is arrested on two charges of “disrupting the educational process” and one count of “obstructing an officer” after wearing an NRA shirt to class — something that did not violate the school dress code, which bans “depictions of violence” but not guns.

- In Mississippi, kids have been arrested (and incarcerated) for “dress code violations, flatulence, profanity and disrespect.”

- In Stockton, CA, a 5-year-old with ADHD had his hands and feet zip-tied by the on-duty officer while he waited for the parents to show up. The child was then charged with “battery on a police officer.”

- A cop who was not on duty at a Washington, DC school gave a 10-year-old student a concussion when he “grabbed the back of [the student's] head and slammed his head forward into the table.” The student had been sent to the cafeteria for not participating in music class.

- A diabetic student who fell asleep in class claims the school police officer slammed her face into a filing cabinet before arresting her and taking her to jail.

So these students sure are taking part in relations with these officers, just not very pleasant ones.  School children are being indoctrinated to believe that police officers should be everywhere to protect from anything.  That the only way to keep safe is to allow a thug in a costume to walk around the building with a gun.  

If some crazed lunatic wants to shoot up a school, one or two resource officers may help, or they may end up victims as well.  There is never any guarantee that just because a "good" guy with a gun is in the building that a "bad" guy that enters would be stopped by them.  

If you want to live in reality, with the very small chance of any given school actually being victim of a mass shooting, these officers are in place to victimize students, to get them ready for the police state that they are surely growing up to inherit.

The “school-to-prison pipeline” operates directly and indirectly, the ACLU writes in its research on punitive school discipline.

“Directly, schools send their students into the Pipeline through zero tolerance policies, and involving the police in minor discipline incidents. All too often school rules are enforced through metal detectors, pat-downs and frisks, arrests, and referrals to the juvenile justice system. And schools pressured to raise graduation and testing numbers can sometimes artificially achieve this by pushing out low-performing students into GED programs and the juvenile justice system.

“Indirectly, schools push students towards the criminal justice system by excluding them from the learning environment and isolating them from their peer groups through suspension, expulsion, ineffective retention policies, transfers, and high-stakes testing requirements.”

The National Association of School Resource Officers says there are more than 10,000 resource officers in the US, and that school-based policing is the fastest growing area of law enforcement in the nation.

I'll translate that last line in to what it really means, Cha-Ching.  The fastest growing area of law enforcement is making someone, somewhere alot of money.  They could care less about keeping kids safe, just like the private prison system could care less about rehabilitating inmates.  It's all about controlling the masses and taking their resources.  

Indoctrinate the kids and steal their parents money through an abusive and illegal taxation system.  How best to do that then to convince them that they need to add police officers to local schools?  Taxes will go up, kids will be treated like inmates and psychopaths will find another gun free zone to go on their rampage.  Or if they are that crazy, a resource officer is not going to stop them from committing their atrocity.  

A Message to the Third World

I am an average American citizen.  This letter is to those citizens of the world who live in a place where Western Civilization has not completely taken over your original culture.  The most important thing I can say to you is to cherish every moment you have left.  I read something recently in regards to citizens of other nations striving to achieve what western societies have already accomplished and it boggled my mind.  

No one should strive to become part of a society that starts pre-emptive wars of aggression.  A society that takes nearly a third of all income from each of it's citizens just to pay for those wars.  A society who spies on itself for its own "safety", trusts their own neighbors as far as they can throw them, and openly admits to caring more about sports than politics.  

These people in third world nations actually want to be like us?!  They want to destroy the planet with gas guzzling automobiles and AC units in every window cill?  They want to care more about televised competitions than the health of their family?  They want to feed their children genetically modified "food"?  These citizens of third world nations actually seek to live in a society where the individual is demonized while mass hysteria and rioting is promoted by our so called leader?  

I should say ruler actually, because a leader leads by example and moves his followers to a better place.  A ruler tells you what to do while holding a gun to your head.  Our glorious rulers actively prompt certain demographics to riot in the street while rounding up other demographics for peacefully redressing their grievances.  Our secret police day in and day out preform SWAT and Joint Terrorism Task Force raids with military equipment to terrorize average law abiding citizens as well as those committing non violent, victimless crimes.  

Anyone who tells you America is free and prosperous or tries to claim that other nations are more brutal and treat their citizens with less respect is lying to you.  America is very unsafe, the police forces here are extremely likely to shoot and kill you at any point, and cities all over the nation are controlled by gangs.  Any citizen of a nation who has not yet been indoctrinated in to western civilization should fight tooth and nail to stay that way.  They should not be actively trying to accomplish the same way of life as those of us who live in "western nations".  

If you ask me, citizens of these nations have the greatest opportunity of all time.  They have the opportunity to create a new world order in a time when communication and technology are beyond our ancestors wildest dreams. To establish a new status quo as well as different ways of accomplishing old goals.  Do not follow the same road we as a nation and civilization have fallen victim to.  Try new ways of doing old things.  Support solar and wind power over coal and gas.  Support self governance over democracy.  Support  small scale farming over mass industrialization of food production.  Support money backed by an actual commodity rather than by thin air.  Support pretty much anything else other than what America and western civilization has actively proliferated over the entire planet.  

Either that, or we as a species are in for some very terrible times.

Wikipedia Ruled not to be a Valid Source of Information

Natural News reports:

According to the Los Angeles Times (LAT), Judge John Meyer of the San Diego County Superior Court decided that parents opposed to having their elementary-age children taught yoga at their local taxpayer-funded public school received their information about the practice from "inaccurate sources." Wikipedia, he indicated, is not a valid source of information as required in a case presented before a court of law.

Concerned parents apparently cited information from Wikipedia about the connection between Yoga and the Hindu religion, claiming that their children were being indoctrinated into a specific religious practice at a public school, which is not permitted. Even though many Yoga and Hindu websites openly admit that Yoga is an integral component of the Hindu religion, using Wikipedia as evidence of this is sketchy at best, at least in the eyes of Judge Meyer.

Bad teachers are one reason my daughter will never go to public school.  Police brutality and possible school shootings are another.  Junk food, government indoctrination, bullying, and text books filled with lies are a couple of other reasons.  However one of the major reasons that I totally did not even think of until today is other kids parents.  

Stupid kids, normally have stupid parents.  This is a perfect case of that.  Parents who take a school district to court over teaching their kids yoga.  God please don't teach my kid something that could make them healthier.  These people are fucking retarded, and not for using wikipedia as their source in court... 

Zero Tolerance Schools Causing Cops to Torment Students

I remember being in high school and treating the security guards like jokes.  Because they were, they were school security guards.  My friend and I would take their pictures and make trading cards of them, follow them around in similar garb to their uniforms making believe we were their side kicks, and just be sarcastic and silly with them pretty much every time we saw them.  They loved it, we did not do it in a disrespectful manner but in a joking fashion.  To this day if I visit my high school the lead guard George remembers me by name.  Which says alot, not only about the impression I left, but on his connection to the students in the school.   

That type of connection with security guards no longer exists in America.  Instead of private security who end up getting to know and understand the student body, many schools are letting full blown police officers discipline students for skipping class, stealing $1, farting, falling asleep and much more.

If you thought those were terrible actions taken by horrific human beings check out the most horrid police on student violence to date:

Denys Lopez Moreno sued Officer Daniel Alvarado, Police Chief John Page and the Northside Independent School District in September 2011 for the death of her 14-year-old son, Derek Lopez. 

The incident unfolded on Nov. 12, 2010, when Lopez allegedly exited a school bus and, in view of Alvarado, punched another student. Lopez ignored Alvarado's order to freeze and fled the scene with the school officer tailing him in a patrol car, according to the amended complaint. 

With Lopez hiding in a shed at a nearby home, Alvarado drove back to the scene of the fight but allegedly refused to give up the search. 

"Ignoring his supervisor's orders to 'stay with the victim and get the information from him,' Alvarado placed the second boy into the patrol car and sped into the neighborhood to search for Derek," the complaint states. Local homeowners then directed Alvarado to the shed, Moreno claimed. 

"In violation of NISD police department procedures, Alvarado drew his weapon immediately after exiting the patrol car," the complaint states. "With his gun drawn, he rushed through the gate and into the back yard. Within seconds from arriving at the residence, Alvarado shot and killed the unarmed boy hiding in the shed."

Keeping students safe, by zip typing them, giving them concussions and murdering them.  Are we living in the Twilight Zone?  Does anyone even know what the word safe means anymore?  We try to keep kids safe from possible school shootings and their own childish behavior, by allowing cops to beat the crap out of them?  Yeah that'll teach them a lesson.

** DO NOT ALLOW YOUR CHILD TO GO TO PUBLIC SCHOOL UNLESS YOU ARE WILLING TO GET A CALL ONE DAY SAYING THE LOCAL COP ON DUTY SHOT THEM FOR SHOWING UP LATE TO CLASS **

Please, God, be smarter than that.  Public schools are there to indoctrinate your child in to being part of the system.  Be a subservient slave to the goons in uniforms and follow arbitrary rules as a kid to get used to following arbitrary laws as an adult.

I say this as a parent who will never allow his daughter to go to public school.

Most Adults in America Might as Well be Illiterate

This is Why High Paying American Jobs are being Shipped Overseas

According to The Wall Street Journal:

Math and science majors are popular until students realize what they’re getting themselves into, according to new research.

The researchers surveyed 655 students entering Berea College, a private liberal arts college located in Kentucky, in the falls of 2000 and 2001. The students were asked about their beliefs pertaining to majors 12 times during each year they were in school, the first time prior to starting college. The questions covered a variety of topics, including their certainty of graduating with a particular major, their anticipated grade point average and the amount of work they expected to do each day.

The researchers found that while math and science majors drew the most interest initially, not many students finished with degrees in those subjects. More students dropped out of math and science majors and fewer students switched into them than any other area of study, including professional programs, social sciences, humanities and business.

The survey results also showed that the students who dropped out didn’t do so because they discovered an unexpected amount of the work. In fact, students who expressed interest initially anticipated more work than other majors.

The students switched out because they were dissatisfied with their grades. 

We wonder why so many jobs are going overseas, or why so many foreigners are coming to our country to take many high paying positions.  Maybe it has something to do with the youth of America's work ethic.  Maybe taking the easiest route to a degree isn't necessarily the best way to ensure a legitimate career.  Maybe thinking that a major is too hard and giving up on it isn't the best way to get ahead in life.  

Is it possible that hard work and dedication could have brought these students grades up?  Of course it is!  Is it possible that partying less in college and focusing on school work may help students get a great job?  Without a doubt.  I am guilty of similar actions in my past, so I am not saying these things as if I am any better than any one of these students in question.  I am saying these things out of true concern for where we are heading as a nation.  

I am one of the lucky ones who got a great job without a college degree, it's possible, but not necessarily probable.  So when young adults go to school for a field like math or science, which are two majors America is in desperate need of, then drop out, what does that say about our future outlook?  Then those students end up thinking that Art History, Latin or Philosophy is the right major for them.  Which it very well may be, and since we are told our entire lives to find something we love and that we can do whatever we want, these students end up graduating with a worthless piece of paper.

My advice, try harder, don't give up.  If you think math or science is a field you want to get in to, be prepared for it to be hard.  Anything in life worth anything should be.
